Our Journey Begins,
Recently, we received news that’s reshaping our world: my son was diagnosed with ASD Level 1, also known as Autism Spectrum Disorder. It’s been a whirlwind of emotions—relief in having answers, fear of the unknown, and determination to learn everything I can to support him.
We had started out with a diagnosis of Extreme ADHD combined with anxiety, now we have even more information.
There are hard days. There are questions we can’t answer yet. But there’s also immense love, resilience, and curiosity. Our son is kind, creative, and full of potential— he is above level in many different academics and with the right support, he can thrive in his own extraordinary way.
I’m sharing this because if you’re walking a similar path, you’re not alone. I’m open to learning, connecting, and growing alongside other parents, caregivers, and advocates. Any advice, wisdom, or simply a listening ear is welcome.
Here’s to new beginnings—and meeting our kids exactly where they are.

You’re an amazing mother Wendy! Sending love and support as you all navigate this new reality. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
